A new masterplan for Bondi Junction proposes more towers, higher than the Meriton towers, and across larger areas stretching to Bronte Road, Bondi Road and Oxford Street West. Is this good planning? Or is it sacrificing one already hyper-dense neighbourhood to protect others from development?
