A program of mainly jazz music from all eras but peppered with some jazz-related genres including blues, R&B, New Orleans street music and funk, with a special emphasis on the influence of West African music via New Orleans which informs much of contemporary music.Bruce Bongers is a musician (singer, blues harmonica player & saxophonist) who gigs around Sydney, mainly in blues & R&B bands.
