A music-based program across a variety of genres - funk, soul, house, electronica, dub, world, jazz, blues, gospel and all points in between, across and around. Emphasis on real songwriters, melodic lines and instruments. Old and new, from everywhere, with background/links when relevant and valid.(ie this sound gave rise to that sound which sampled this which influenced that etc) A broad variety of sounds and genres with a funky sometimes electronic vibe, (depending on quality of electronica!)
